A minimum number of students must be met for a class to begin. If the minimum number of students have not enrolled, the class may be canceled or the start date may be postponed. You will be notified three days before the class is scheduled to start and you will be given the option to enroll in a different class, receive credit towards a future class, or receive a full refund.
There are no refunds available after you have made a paid reservation unless we are notified at least 7 days before the start of class. All classes require advance payment to secure your spot and purchasing a spot in a group class means you occupy a position that cannot be resold once the class starts.

Outdoor classes will be held in all weather conditions except in unsafe conditions as determined by the instructor (i.e. lightening, extreme heat, or extreme cold). Students will be notified via email at least 1-2 hours before the start of class, if classes will be cancelled. Please email or call your instructor if you are unsure if class will be held.
If unable to hold a class due to weather (or other unforeseen circumstances), a make-up class will be scheduled at the end of the session.
